For those of you that do not know what a rickroll is then it is time that you join the crowd and click here for a complete explanation of a rickroll.
Rickroll #1: Saturday morning Derek and I met up at Trent's house. We brought him breakfast and Derek had made a huge poster of Rick Astley that said "You've Been Rick Rolled." We faced the poster outside of his door so it would be the first thing he would see when he opened the door. Then I called him and said that someone was waiting outside of his apartment. I put him on speaker and.....very loud laughter erupted. We were very proud of ourselves. Below is a picture of the poster over the door.

Rickroll #2: I left Trent a mixed CD with his breakfast that said "Trent's Birthday Mix". Of course, there was only one song "Never gonna give you up."
Rickroll #3: I left balloons and a present in Trent's car. He was happy about the surprise. Especially when he turned on his car and he was rickrolled at volume 50 on his radio.
Rickroll #4: I was taking Trent out to dinner. We met at my house first and we were talking about our day. I told him that Mary had changed her voice message on her phone and it was ridiculous. Trent was suspicious. However, he did call and again....was rickrolled. Thanks to Derek who set up a fake telephone number that picks up the call and plays the song.
Rickroll # 5: After a great dinner, we met up with some friends and went bowling. We finally got there after having our car searched by the military police and getting pulled over for a burnt out taillight. Trent bowled some impressive rounds and won the first game. When we got into the car, there was a funny noise. Everyone was quiet and then all of a sudden....Rickrolled!!!!
Joni gets her first strike * Trent: a man to be feared in the bowling alley

On Sunday, we had some friends over for Trent's birthday dinner. Mary made a terrific Superman cake. Seriously, this is only the second time she has tried her hand at decorating cakes. She did not even have a form or a pan. She free handed it all. Simply amazing.

Mary is so happy about her cake. Someone should snatch her up.

Man on fire - both of them.
We all ate the blue icing and had blue mouths the rest of the evening.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, TRENT!!!
