DC was promised that Tropical Storm Hanna would bring us a lot of rain and wind. In celebration of my childhood rainy days, I decided that I wanted a Saturday full of rainy day activities. It first started with having some good dinner and then we played the game Trent taught us: Fraggle Rock (okay, okay...it's called Farkle.) But don't you agree that there is just something to the name Fraggle Rock? Joni and Derek must think so because they brought a pan-sized cookie that had "Fraggle Rock" written in frosting. We watched the BYU football game. As a proud Cougar, I have to say that BYU deserved to win that game. After the game, the lights in my home went out. After telling some ghost stories we decided to play the game Clue under flashlights and candles. It was Professor Plum with the candlestick in the kitchen. I was the master detective.
It was a perfect Saturday!

Where did that other Ballroom card go? That's the real mystery.
Mandy,
It looks and sounds like life is going well for you and there is adventure every weekend.
I especially enjoyed reading about the Hick Festival and listening to your solo. Wow! That must have taken some guts, but obviously people loved it.
Mandie told me about your blog so I thought I would take a visit.
I am living in Washington State. I really like it here. I am a full time mom and work as an RN at Hanford (nuclear site just like the INEL)2 evenings a month. I have three kids now! Our little boy was born about 3 weeks ago. So that makes 2 boys and a girl. My husband just got a promotion in Malad, So I'll be back in ID soon.
